目的：对护理查对制度在手术室护理纠纷的有效防范。方法选取我院2012年9月~2013年9月我院手术室的80例患者，将其平均分成两组，其中对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者则实施护理查对制度。对两组患者的护理纠纷发生率进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的护理问题发生率及护理纠纷明显的低于对照组，其差异明显，二者对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在手术室患者护理中实施查对制度，可对患者的护理问题发生率进行有效的降低，减少护理纠纷的发生，值得推广。

Objective to check system for nursing care in the operating room an Effective dispute prevention.
