目的：观察和分析他汀类药物在冠心病患者临床应用中的效果。方法选择我科2011年1月~2012年1月接收治疗的100例冠心病患者为研究对象，将其速记分成观察组和对照组，每组患者50例，对照组患者采用常规治疗方法。观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用他汀类药物进行治疗，分别比较两组患者的血脂水平和临床疗效。结果治疗前后相比，观察组服用他汀类药物后未出现明显副反应，血脂水平较对照组明显下降，两组数据差异显著，具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论他汀类药物治疗冠心病效果显著，药物安全性高、效果好、副作用小，可以有效改善和提高患者的生活质量，在临床治疗中值得推广应用。
목적：관찰화분석타정류약물재관심병환자림상응용중적효과。방법선택아과2011년1월~2012년1월접수치료적100례관심병환자위연구대상，장기속기분성관찰조화대조조，매조환자50례，대조조환자채용상규치료방법。관찰조환자재상규치료기출상가용타정류약물진행치료，분별비교량조환자적혈지수평화림상료효。결과치료전후상비，관찰조복용타정류약물후미출현명현부반응，혈지수평교대조조명현하강，량조수거차이현저，구유통계학의의，P<0.05。결론타정류약물치료관심병효과현저，약물안전성고、효과호、부작용소，가이유효개선화제고환자적생활질량，재림상치료중치득추엄응용。
Objective observe and analyze statins in patients with coronary heart disease in the clinicallapplication Effect. Methods from January 2011 to January 2012, receiving treatment of 100 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the research object,its shorthand divided into observation group and controllgroup,each group of 50 cases of patients. Results before and after treatment with statins,there is no obvious adverse reaction observation group,serum lipid levels were significantly decreased in group,the dif erences between the two groups was statistically significant data, P<0.05.compared before and after treatment,the observation group of patients with blood lipid levels increased significantly than controllgroup patients,two groups of data significant dif erence, statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion statins treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) Effect is remarkable,smallhigh safety,is worth popularization and application in the clinicalltreatment.
