目的:探讨男性2型糖尿病患者骨密度的变化,并就血脂水平对骨质疏松的可能影响进行研究。方法测定男性2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松组(OP)及非骨质疏松组(NOP)的左股骨颈及腰椎L2~L4的骨密度,测定空腹血清中血脂浓度(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)的浓度,并对骨密度与多个变量之间的关系进行多元逐步回归分析。结果男性2型糖尿病伴骨质疏松患者低密度脂蛋白水平高于非骨质疏松组,而OP组各部位骨密度均低于 NOP组,两组腰椎L2~L4和股骨颈骨密度之间差异具有显著性(P<0.01);OP组血清中LDL-C与腰椎L2~L4及股骨颈骨密度呈负相关,HDL-C与与股骨颈骨密度呈正相关。结论男性2型糖尿病患者骨密度的降低和低密度脂蛋白水平相关。

Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineralldensity (BMD) in men with type 2 diabetes patients and to study the Effects of the lipid levellon the density. Methods Determined the bone mineralldensity (BMD) of left femorallneck and lumbar spine (L2-L4).The hemolipid concentration (totallcholesterol,triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol)were evaluated.Finally,the relationship between bone density and severallvariables was studied using multiple regression analysis. Results Compared with non-osteoporosis group (NOP),in the men with type 2 diabetic osteoporosis group (OP),the LDL-C levellincreased significantly,while the BMD of lumbar spine L2-L4 and femorallneck was significantly lower; The LDL-C levellwas negatively correlated with BMD of lumbar spine (L2-L4);The HDL-C levellwas positively correlated with BMD of femorallneck. Conclusion Decrease of bone mineralldensity in type 2 diabetic male patients may be related to the development of the LDL-C level.
