目的：观察包皮环扎术的临床应用效果，评价其与传统包皮环切术相比的优缺点。方法收集2008年1月~2013年1月门诊就诊的包茎、包皮过长患者821例的回顾性资料，其中包皮环切术375例，包皮环扎术446例。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症及远期随访效果等。结果包皮环扎术组手术时间、术中出血量、术后包皮水肿等并发症明显小于包皮环切术组，且远期随访手术切缘整齐美观、效果良好。两组差异有统计学意义。结论包皮环扎术比包皮环切术更具有优势，值得推广与应用。
목적：관찰포피배찰술적림상응용효과，평개기여전통포피배절술상비적우결점。방법수집2008년1월~2013년1월문진취진적포경、포피과장환자821례적회고성자료，기중포피배절술375례，포피배찰술446례。비교량조수술시간、술중출혈량、술후병발증급원기수방효과등。결과포피배찰술조수술시간、술중출혈량、술후포피수종등병발증명현소우포피배절술조，차원기수방수술절연정제미관、효과량호。량조차이유통계학의의。결론포피배찰술비포피배절술경구유우세，치득추엄여응용。
Objective To investigate the clinicallapplication ef icacy of forekin cerclage, and evaluate its merit and demerit compared to conventionallcircumcision. Methods A totallof 821 patients with phimosis or redundant prepuce were enrolled from January, 2008 to January, 2013 at?outpatient department in our hospital, including 375?circumcisions and 446 forekin cerclage. We retrospectively analyzed operation time, intraoprative bleeding, postoperative complications, and long-term results between circumcision group and forekin cerclage group. Results We found that fewer time of surgery, less capability of intraoprative bleeding, compare with the conventionallcircumcision grou. More importantly, surgicallmargins were more neat appearance in patients with forekin cerclage. Conclusions It was indicated that forekin cerclage was more Effective treatment than conventionallcircumcision for phimosis or redundant prepuce, and worthy of spreading and application.
