目的：探讨开展外科技能规范化培训项目在提高我院中西医临床专业学生临床外科技能操作能力的有效性。方法观察2005届中西医结合临床专业学生213例，随机分为两组，一组为实验组，采用西医外科技能规范化培训与传统中西医专业教学方式相结合，另一组为对照组，采用传统中西医专业教学方式，两组学生在8w教学结束后进行理论及操作考试进行对比。结果从理论与操作成绩来看，采用外科技能规范化培训的教学方法优于传统教学（P<0.05）。结论外科技能规范化培训可提高中西医结合临床专业学生的外科操作能力，调动了学生的学习积极性和主动性，提高了社会竞争力。
