目的：探讨闭角型青光眼患者心理变化及对应的护理方法。方法选取我院2012年6月至2013年7月间收治的闭角型青光眼患者80例，分析其临床心理表征，并给予针对性心理护理。结果以往我院的闭角型青光眼的治愈率约为60%，在给予患者心理护理后治愈率为65%（52/80），治愈率有了明显的提升（P <0.05）。结论给予心理护理能够帮助患者以更积极乐观的心态去面对治疗，提高治愈率。
목적：탐토폐각형청광안환자심리변화급대응적호리방법。방법선취아원2012년6월지2013년7월간수치적폐각형청광안환자80례，분석기림상심리표정，병급여침대성심리호리。결과이왕아원적폐각형청광안적치유솔약위60%，재급여환자심리호리후치유솔위65%（52/80），치유솔유료명현적제승（P <0.05）。결론급여심리호리능구방조환자이경적겁악관적심태거면대치료，제고치유솔。
Objective: To investigate the angle-closure glaucoma psychological changes and the corresponding methods of care. Methods: Our hospital from June 2012 to July 2013 were treated with angle-closure glaucoma patients, 80 cases of clinical mental representation and give specific psychological care. Results: In the past my hospital angle-closure glaucoma, the cure rate is about 60% in psychological care given to patients after a cure rate of 65% (52/80), the cure rate has been significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: To give psychological care to help patients in a more positive and optimistic attitude to face treatment, improve the cure rate.
