目的：探讨综合康复训练对精神分裂症患者下肢功能障碍的功能恢复方法和效果。方法收集60例伴下肢功能障碍的住院关锁精神分裂症患者，接受常规治疗和护理，同时进行综合康复训练。训练前及训练3个月后进行下肢功能状况评定，然后进行比较。结果综合康复训练后研究对象独立站立行走者占46.7%（28/60），研究对象训练后的下肢功能状况明显优于训练前，差异存在统计学意义（X2=44.87，P<0.0001）。结论综合康复训练有助于精神分裂症患者下肢功能障碍的恢复，提高生存质量。

목적：탐토종합강복훈련대정신분렬증환자하지공능장애적공능회복방법화효과。방법수집60례반하지공능장애적주원관쇄정신분렬증환자，접수상규치료화호리，동시진행종합강복훈련。훈련전급훈련3개월후진행하지공능상황평정，연후진행비교。결과종합강복훈련후연구대상독립참립행주자점46.7%（28/60），연구대상훈련후적하지공능상황명현우우훈련전，차이존재통계학의의（X2=44.87，P<0.0001）。결론종합강복훈련유조우정신분렬증환자하지공능장애적회복，제고생존질량。
Objective:To explore the effects and methods of comprehensive rehabilitation training on schizophrenia patients with lower extremity dysfunction. Method:60 in-patients with chronic schizophrenia were received conventional treatment and care and three months of comprehensive rehabilitation training. The effect was assessed according the ability of standing and walking. Result:After the treatment, the patients which can standing and walking by themselves were 46.7%(28/60).After training the situation of extremity function was good than before training(X2=44.87,P<0.0001). Conclusion:The comprehensive rehabilitation training techniques can significantly improve the motor function of extremities of schizophrenia and improve the quality of life, promote the resumption of diseases.
