采用连续CO2激光对HgCdTe图像传感器进行了干扰损伤实验。随着激光功率密度的增加,依次观察到了局部干扰、全屏饱和以及象元损伤等现象。对实验现象进行分析,认为激光的衍射是影响干扰效果的主要因素,而象元损伤则是由于探测器升温导致Hg析出。建立了探测器的激光辐照模型,利用有限元法对探测器的温度分布进行数值分析,并与实验结果进行比较,分析了二者存在差别的原因。

The experiment of CW CO2 laser disturbing and damaging HgCdTe imaging sensor was carried out. The phenomenon of partial screen disturbance, full screen saturation and pixels damage were observed. The experimental results indicated that laser diffraction was the main important factor to the effect of the disturbance, and Hg atoms separated out from the detector due to its high temperature results in the pixels damage. By the simulation of the HgCdTe detector under CO2 laser irradiating, the temperature distribution of the detector were calculated. The theoretical results were compared with the experimental results, and the possible reason to the error was analysed.
