以振动式核桃采摘机为例,运用三维软件Pro/e对树体枝干进行了三维实体建模,并将其导入到Workbench中对其进行了模态分析,得到其固有频率和振型,并对其进行了谐响应分析。对树干施加激振力,研究振动夹持位置对树体振动的影响,从而找出适合的夹持位置和振动频率,得出了较适合的采摘高度和频率。
以振動式覈桃採摘機為例,運用三維軟件Pro/e對樹體枝榦進行瞭三維實體建模,併將其導入到Workbench中對其進行瞭模態分析,得到其固有頻率和振型,併對其進行瞭諧響應分析。對樹榦施加激振力,研究振動夾持位置對樹體振動的影響,從而找齣適閤的夾持位置和振動頻率,得齣瞭較適閤的採摘高度和頻率。

Based on the vibration type walnut harvest machine as an example ,this paper uses 3D software Pro/e established 3D entity modeling of tree branches ,and imports it into the Workbench on the modal analysis ,got the inherent frequency and vibration mode ,and it was made the harmonic response analysis .Vibration force to bear on the trunk ,researching the clamping position of the tree body vibration ,thus find out suitable clamping position and the vibration frequency ,suitable for picking height and frequency are draw n .
