为优化黄芩巴布剂的基质配方,以初黏性、持黏性及感官指标为综合指标,采用正交设计进行试验.结果表明,黄芩巴布剂处方中各基质及药物的最佳配比为甘油∶1,2-丙二醇∶聚丙烯酸钠∶羧甲基纤维素钠∶明胶∶黄芩浸膏=8∶4∶4.5∶2∶3∶6.5,制得的膏体柔软,黏性适度,涂展性、保湿性良好,剥离无残留,此基质配方可用于黄芩巴布剂的制备.
為優化黃芩巴佈劑的基質配方,以初黏性、持黏性及感官指標為綜閤指標,採用正交設計進行試驗.結果錶明,黃芩巴佈劑處方中各基質及藥物的最佳配比為甘油∶1,2-丙二醇∶聚丙烯痠鈉∶羧甲基纖維素鈉∶明膠∶黃芩浸膏=8∶4∶4.5∶2∶3∶6.5,製得的膏體柔軟,黏性適度,塗展性、保濕性良好,剝離無殘留,此基質配方可用于黃芩巴佈劑的製備.
위우화황금파포제적기질배방,이초점성、지점성급감관지표위종합지표,채용정교설계진행시험.결과표명,황금파포제처방중각기질급약물적최가배비위감유∶1,2-병이순∶취병희산납∶최갑기섬유소납∶명효∶황금침고=8∶4∶4.5∶2∶3∶6.5,제득적고체유연,점성괄도,도전성、보습성량호,박리무잔류,차기질배방가용우황금파포제적제비.
To choose the optimum matrix formulation of Scutellaria Baicalensis cataplasm , orthogonal test was designed with the comprehensive indexes ,including initial adhesion ,per-manent adhesion and sensory indexes .The results of the test have shown that the optimum matrix formulation of Scutellaria Baicalensis cataplasm was glycerol ,1 ,2-propanediol ,sodi-um polyacrylate ,CMC-Na ,gelatin ,Scutellaria Baicalensis extract ,and the ratio was 8∶4∶4 .5∶2∶3∶6 .5 .The cataplasm made by the optimum matrix formulation is moderately vis-cous ,with good extension and moisture and no residue by stripping .The matrix formulation can be used to product Scutellaria Baicalensis cataplasm .
