埃博霉素B是由纤维堆囊菌产生的具有抗癌作用的大环内酯类化合物,是一种新型的抗肿瘤谱广、作用性强的抗肿瘤药物.以纤维堆囊菌SoF5-76为供试菌株,采用单因素试验和正交试验设计,对其产埃博霉素B的发酵条件进行了优化,确定了最优发酵条件为:初始pH 7.4,装液量50/250 mL ,转速200 r/min ,种龄60 h ,接种量10%,温度30℃,发酵周期6 d .在此最优发酵条件下,埃博霉素B的产量为35.24 m g/L ,比优化前提高了17.67%.
埃博黴素B是由纖維堆囊菌產生的具有抗癌作用的大環內酯類化閤物,是一種新型的抗腫瘤譜廣、作用性彊的抗腫瘤藥物.以纖維堆囊菌SoF5-76為供試菌株,採用單因素試驗和正交試驗設計,對其產埃博黴素B的髮酵條件進行瞭優化,確定瞭最優髮酵條件為:初始pH 7.4,裝液量50/250 mL ,轉速200 r/min ,種齡60 h ,接種量10%,溫度30℃,髮酵週期6 d .在此最優髮酵條件下,埃博黴素B的產量為35.24 m g/L ,比優化前提高瞭17.67%.

Epothilone B is a novel anti-cancer macrolide compound produced by sorangium cel-lulosum and show s the excellent activity against tumor both in antitumor spectra and in effect .This paper focused on the optimization of fermentation conditions of epothilone B pro-duced by sorangium cellulosum SoF5-76 .One-variable-at-a-time design and orthogonal exper-iments were employed to obtain the optimum fermentation conditons .The results were as follows :initial pH of fermentation medium 7 .4 ,medium volume 50/250 mL ,shaker revolu-tion 200 r/min ,seed age 60 h ,inoculation size 10% culture temperature 30 ℃ ,fermentation period 6 d .Under the optimized conditions ,the epothilone B production reached at 36 .57 mg/L and was 22 .1% higher than preliminary fermentation conditions .
