以金花菌固态培养物为研究对象,选择降脂类物质洛伐他汀标品为对照,采用高效液相色谱法,选用色谱柱C18柱,以甲醇∶水(80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min ,在波长238 nm处检测金花菌固态发酵中的他汀类物质.结果显示:此方法具有良好的分离度和线性关系,精密度、重现性、准确度良好,平均回收率为99%,RSD为1.39%,最低检测限为2.0μg/m L .外标法得出金花菌乙酸乙酯提取液中洛伐他汀含量为0.049 m g/kg .

The statins in solid-state fermentation of Jinhua fungi was detected by the technolo-gy of high-performance liquid chromatography ,while lovastatin for reference .The chroma-tography condition of statins in Jinhua fungi included C18 column ,using methanol :H2 O (80∶20) as mobile phase ,the flow rate was 1 .0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was set at 238 nm .The result shows that the average recovery rate of this method was 99% .The RSD (Relative Standard Deviation ) was 1 .39% .The limit was 2 .0 μg/mL .The method show s good separation degree ,linear relationship and good precision ,reproducibility ,accu-racy .The stains in Jinhua fungi ethyl acetate extracting solution was 0 .049 mg/kg which ob-tained by external standard method .
