以茶皂素粗品为原料,以茶皂素回收率为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法,系统研究了水饱和正丁醇对茶皂素的转萃效果的影响,确定了茶皂素的最佳转萃条件.结果表明,当水饱和正丁醇用量为35 m L、p H为4、粗品质量分数为20%、萃取次数为3时,可得到纯度为97%,回收率为54.25%的乳白色茶皂素.

The crude tea saponin was used as raw material ,we used the recovery of tea sapo-nin as evaluation index ,based on single factor experiment and through orthogonal experi-mental method ,we investigated the effect of tea saponin extracted by water saturation n-bu-tanol systematically ,thus we confirmed the optimum extraction condition .The result shows , a milk white tea saponin(purity :97% ,recovery :54 .25% ) was obtained ,when the volume of water saturation n-butanol was 35 mL ;pH value:4 ;crude product mass fraction :20% ;ex-traction times :3 .
