以煤矸石矿渣+粉煤灰矿渣为主料,引入TiO2+ZnO+白云石复合矿化剂,通过调整组分配比,优化控制工艺过程、工艺参数,探索支撑剂制备工艺条件及其影响规律,于1330℃~1370℃制备出体积密度为1.54 g/cm3,破损率为3%~5%的低密高强压裂支撑剂.借助于XRD、SEM等手段对其物相组成和表面形貌进行表征.
以煤矸石礦渣+粉煤灰礦渣為主料,引入TiO2+ZnO+白雲石複閤礦化劑,通過調整組分配比,優化控製工藝過程、工藝參數,探索支撐劑製備工藝條件及其影響規律,于1330℃~1370℃製備齣體積密度為1.54 g/cm3,破損率為3%~5%的低密高彊壓裂支撐劑.藉助于XRD、SEM等手段對其物相組成和錶麵形貌進行錶徵.

The low density and high strength proppants were fabricated from coal gangue and flyash as main raw materials and TiO2 +ZnO+ CaMg[CO3 ]2 as composite mineralizers .By optimizing raw materrials proportions and processing parameters ,w hile exploring the prepa-ration conditions and law of impact ,the proppants with low density and high strength were successfully fabricated at sintering temperature of 1 330 ℃ ~1 370 ℃ .The bulk density of the proppant is 1 .54 g/cm3 ,w hile failure rate of the proppant under 69 M Pa closure stress is 3% ~5% .The crystal phase and microstructure of the proppants were investigated by XRD and SEM .
