采用熔融法制备了Bi2 O3-B2 O3-RE2 O3(RE=Ce ,Tb)玻璃,根据Urbach公式和 Tauc方程分别计算了含不同种类稀土玻璃的U r bach能及光学带隙,并探究了U r bach能与光学带隙的关系。结果表明:增加稀土离子,玻璃中非桥氧键增多,玻璃的结构疏松,电子跃迁所需的能量降低,U rbach能降低;随着极化率增加,玻璃的键强降低,吸收边增加,光学带隙减小,且光学带隙随着U rbach能的减小线性降低。
採用鎔融法製備瞭Bi2 O3-B2 O3-RE2 O3(RE=Ce ,Tb)玻璃,根據Urbach公式和 Tauc方程分彆計算瞭含不同種類稀土玻璃的U r bach能及光學帶隙,併探究瞭U r bach能與光學帶隙的關繫。結果錶明:增加稀土離子,玻璃中非橋氧鍵增多,玻璃的結構疏鬆,電子躍遷所需的能量降低,U rbach能降低;隨著極化率增加,玻璃的鍵彊降低,吸收邊增加,光學帶隙減小,且光學帶隙隨著U rbach能的減小線性降低。
채용용융법제비료Bi2 O3-B2 O3-RE2 O3(RE=Ce ,Tb)파리,근거Urbach공식화 Tauc방정분별계산료함불동충류희토파리적U r bach능급광학대극,병탐구료U r bach능여광학대극적관계。결과표명:증가희토리자,파리중비교양건증다,파리적결구소송,전자약천소수적능량강저,U rbach능강저;수착겁화솔증가,파리적건강강저,흡수변증가,광학대극감소,차광학대극수착U rbach능적감소선성강저。
Bi2 O3-B2 O3-RE2 O3 (RE= Ce ,Tb) glasses were prepared by melting method .Ur-bach energy and optical band gap of different rare earth ions glasses were calculated by classi-cal Urbach formula and Tauc equation ,and explore the relationship of Urbach energy and op-tical band gap .The results showed that the amount of non-bridging oxygen bond increases with the increase of rare earth ions ,which loose structure of glass ,and cause the decrease of electron transition energy and Urbach energy .As the polarization rate of the glasses increa-ses ,which increased the absorption edge and decreased the bond strength and optical band gap;meanwhile the optical band gap decreased linearly with the decrease of Urbach energy .
