与一般的高吸收铬鞣助剂相比,端羧基超支化聚合物具有的络合活性基团更多,吸收和固定铬的效果更好,同时还可以节约铬盐,减少铬污染,实现一举两得的效果.通过“一步法”由3,5-二氨基苯甲酸合成了一种端氨基超支化聚合物,经乙醛酸改性后得到一种超支化铬鞣助剂.将其用于羊皮服装革的铬鞣实验,优化出了最佳的应用工艺条件:在铬粉加入前加入2%的铬鞣助剂,铬鞣后期提碱终点pH4.0~4.2.其结果表明,使用该助剂后,铬粉用量仅为5%时,皮革收缩温度( T s)就能达到常规铬鞣的要求.
與一般的高吸收鉻鞣助劑相比,耑羧基超支化聚閤物具有的絡閤活性基糰更多,吸收和固定鉻的效果更好,同時還可以節約鉻鹽,減少鉻汙染,實現一舉兩得的效果.通過“一步法”由3,5-二氨基苯甲痠閤成瞭一種耑氨基超支化聚閤物,經乙醛痠改性後得到一種超支化鉻鞣助劑.將其用于羊皮服裝革的鉻鞣實驗,優化齣瞭最佳的應用工藝條件:在鉻粉加入前加入2%的鉻鞣助劑,鉻鞣後期提堿終點pH4.0~4.2.其結果錶明,使用該助劑後,鉻粉用量僅為5%時,皮革收縮溫度( T s)就能達到常規鉻鞣的要求.

The hyperbranched polymer with terminal carboxyl has large numbers of carboxyl groups which can complex with chrome(III) ,so it can be used as chrome tanning assistant a-gent with high absorption .Compared with ordinary chrome tanning assistant agents ,the hy-perbranched polymer has more complexing groups , so its effect on absorbing and fixing chrome will be better .On the other hand ,it can spare chromium as well as reduce chrome pollution in float and protect environment ,so it can get the effect of killing two birds with one stone .A kind of hyperbranched polymer with terminal amino was synthetized with 3 ,5-diaminobenzoic acid by one-step method ,and then modified it with aldehyde acid to get hy-perbranched chrome-tanning assistant with erminal carboxyl group . Used it for garment leather tanning ,and the optimum technics conditions were obtained:it should be used before the chrome and the best dosage was 2% ,and the pH of the termination of tanning was 4 .0~4 .2 .What′s more ,the performance of finished leather can achieve conventional chrome-tan-ning with the dosage of chrome was only 5% .
