通过选用几种典型的阳离子、阴离子、非离子表面活性剂分别对羽绒进行水洗,检测水洗烘干后羽绒的残脂率、清洁度和蓬松度。实验结果表明,实验所用阳离子表面活性剂1224和1427脱脂率最差,清洁度、蓬松度最低;阴离子表面活性剂M ES脱脂效果最好,蓬松度较好,但清洁度不佳;非离子表面活性剂具有较好的清洁度,其中的1214各项指标优异。
通過選用幾種典型的暘離子、陰離子、非離子錶麵活性劑分彆對羽絨進行水洗,檢測水洗烘榦後羽絨的殘脂率、清潔度和蓬鬆度。實驗結果錶明,實驗所用暘離子錶麵活性劑1224和1427脫脂率最差,清潔度、蓬鬆度最低;陰離子錶麵活性劑M ES脫脂效果最好,蓬鬆度較好,但清潔度不佳;非離子錶麵活性劑具有較好的清潔度,其中的1214各項指標優異。
통과선용궤충전형적양리자、음리자、비리자표면활성제분별대우융진행수세,검측수세홍간후우융적잔지솔、청길도화봉송도。실험결과표명,실험소용양리자표면활성제1224화1427탈지솔최차,청길도、봉송도최저;음리자표면활성제M ES탈지효과최호,봉송도교호,단청길도불가;비리자표면활성제구유교호적청길도,기중적1214각항지표우이。
The down and feather has been respectively processed in washing by choosing dif-ferent typical cationic surfactants ,anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants ,after washing and drying ,the down and feather are tested for fat and oil ,cleanliness and fill power .The experimental results show that the worst of them are cationic surfactant 1224 and 1427 ,MES′ s degreasing rate is best and fill power is better ,but has a poor cleanliness ;Nonionic surfactant has a better cleanliness than cationic and anionic surfactants ,and the 1214′s indicators are excellent among them .
