利用了Gerschgorin定理的推广Cassini卵形域，研究了非负矩阵Hadamard积的最大特征值的上界估计问题。在理论上，证明了本文获得的结果比相应的结果更加精确。同时，也通过数值例子说明了这一点。

In this paper , the authors study the upper bound of the largest eigenvalue problem of the Hadamard product of nonnega -tive matrix by using Brauer's Ovals of Cassini .In theory, the result is more accurate than the corresponding result , which is also illus-trated by two numerical examples .
