为实现对微弱光电信号的高灵敏测量,本文采用光电倍增管作为高灵敏光电转换器件,研制了一种微弱光电信号测量装置。进行了相应光路和电路设计,光路部分密封在暗箱中,能有效避免外界杂散光的干扰。设计实现了基于电阻和高精度自稳零运算放大器的放大电路,工作电压范围宽,开环增益高,噪声低,温漂小等优点。该系统具有小型便携、灵敏度高、重复性好等特点,在微弱光信号现场检测方面具有很好的应用前景。

To achieve a highly sensitive measurement of weak optical signals, this article developed a weak optical signal measuring device using a photomultiplier as a sensitive converter. The optical part was sealed in a black box, which could avoid effectively stray light interference from the outside world. Based on resistance and high-precision auto-zero operational amplifiers, an amplifier circuit was designed with the advantage of wide operating voltage range, high open-loop gain, low noise and drift. The system has a good prospect in the detection of weak optical signal field.
