柔性运动副的工作机理是利用其自身的弹性变形来产生类似传动运动副的运动,柔性运动副与传统运动副相比具有无间隙、无摩擦磨损、可整体加工、免于装配等优点,因而其应用与研究正愈来愈被人们所重视,但是目前运用较多的柔性运动副基本上只能产生微细变形,能产生宏观尺度变形的柔性运动副还非常罕见。因此,本文在弹性曲板变形理论的基础上设计出了一种新型柔性转动副,可以满足宏观尺寸下的变形要求,并建立了其柔度矩阵,给出了其转动误差的表达式,最后利用Matlab与Ansys软件进行了综合验证,为其进一步应用打下了基础。
柔性運動副的工作機理是利用其自身的彈性變形來產生類似傳動運動副的運動,柔性運動副與傳統運動副相比具有無間隙、無摩抆磨損、可整體加工、免于裝配等優點,因而其應用與研究正愈來愈被人們所重視,但是目前運用較多的柔性運動副基本上隻能產生微細變形,能產生宏觀呎度變形的柔性運動副還非常罕見。因此,本文在彈性麯闆變形理論的基礎上設計齣瞭一種新型柔性轉動副,可以滿足宏觀呎吋下的變形要求,併建立瞭其柔度矩陣,給齣瞭其轉動誤差的錶達式,最後利用Matlab與Ansys軟件進行瞭綜閤驗證,為其進一步應用打下瞭基礎。

Compliant pair produce its movent by its own elastic deformation which has the advantages of no error, no friction and can be processed and assembled as a whole body compared with the traditional pair. Research and application of compliant pair are arising increasing attention, but the disadvantage of existing compliant pair is that it can only produce micro-deformation rather than macro-scale deformation. In order to solve this problem, a new compliant revolute pair is presented based on the theory of elastic deformation of curved plate,.It can provide macro-scale deformation according its own elastic deformation, then its model of flexibility matrix and rotation error are established in theory and analyzed in the Matlab and Ansys finally.
