短时电压变动是指由于系统中不对称、非线性负载的冲击而引起的电压骤升、电压骤降以及瞬时中断等。它会严重影响敏感信息用电设备的正常使用,是现代电能质量的主要问题之一。针对短时电压变动信号特点,设计了基于Haar小波的电能质量监测算法,并利用MATLAB对线路发生短时电压变动进行了仿真。利用Haar小波正变换不仅能分析出信号中的各频率成分,而且能够准确定位暂态信号中各频率分量出现的时间;利用Haar小波反变换重建原试验信号,表明了算法的正确性和有效性。

Short duration voltage change includes voltage swells, voltage sags and momentary interruption, which is due to the impact of the load in asymmetry, nonlinear system. It can seriously affect the sensitive information electric equipment in normal use, and has become one of main problems of modern power quality. According to the characteristics of short duration voltage change signals, a novel power quality monitoring algorithm based on Haar wavelet is proposed, and simulation is given for line short duration voltage change in Matlab. The use of Haar wavelet transform can not only analyze the signal in each frequency component, but also can locate the time of transient signals of various frequency components exactly; the reconstruction of the original test signal by using Haar wavelet inverse transform indicates that the algorithm is correct and effective.
