诚实劳动是社会和谐、经济发展的基础,同时也是人全面发展的基础。目前造成部分人劳动道德式微的主要原因,一是分配机制不够公平;二是管理机制不够科学合理;三是劳动者个人价值观出现偏差;四是受社会环境的负面影响。要搞好诚实劳动建设,就需要提高劳动收入的GDP占比,加强企业内部控制,同时还应加强对劳动者的社会主义道德教育。

Honest working is the base of social harmony and economic development .It is also the founda-tion of human comprehensive development .Nowadays the main reasons which cause the workers ’ moral chal-lenge are from the following aspects .Firstly it is an unfair system of allocation .Secondly it is an unscientific ad-ministrative system .Thirdly it is difference in the workers ’ psychology of value .Fourthly it is negative effect of society .So if we want to deal with the honest working construction , we must change the GDP proportion of workers ’ income and enhance the inner control in the enterprise .In the meanwhile , we should enhance the ed-ucation for workers ’ morality of socialism .
