研究温度对离子液体溶解纤维素的影响和离子液体回收问题。在不同温度条件下进行纤维素在离子液体中的溶解浓度测定,得出温度影响效果和回收问题的结论。离子液体在溶解纤维素方面有着独特的优点,而环境条件对离子液体溶解纤维素的效率有较大影响,温度变化的影响最为突出,离子液体如何在合适的温度条件下最大效率的溶解纤维素,同时实现离子液体的循环利用还是一个难题。通过大量实验研究,结果表明,温度升高有利于纤维素在离子液体中的溶解。纤维素在离子液体中的溶解为物理溶解过程,得到的产物保持了纤维素结构,离子液体可实现回收重复利用。

The effects of temperature to the process of ionic liquid dissolves cellulose was researched, a new dissolution analysis method was proposed with infra-red spectrum based on great many of experiments, and it was applied in the haulm regenerated cellulose, MCC and structure property of renewable MCC. The dissolved concentration was tested in different temperature and got the change performance with the influence of temperature, and the retrieve conclusion was got finally, but the cyclic utilization of ionic liquid was also a difficult problem in application. Experiments result show that the dissolu-tion process of cellulose in ionic liquid is a physical dissolution process, it keeps the original structure of cellulose, and the ionic liquid can be recovered and recycled.
