According to the new problems about the gas turbine start-stop process that appeared after the DLN -1 transformation , a comprehensive assessment was made from the point of view of safety and economy .It gradual optimized the combined cycle start-stop operation, which improved the reliability of the unit operation after the DLN 1 technical innovation .
