目的:确定重组 Pichia pastoris GS115Muts 菌株更适合的培养基和最佳接种时间。方法采用3种不同的培养基(YPD 培养基、BMGY 培养基和复合培养基)培养重组 Pichia pastoris GS115Muts 菌株,分别在4 h和24 h的时间间隔下,采用比浊法对酵母菌96 h 内的生长进行 OD 值测定。结果复合培养基和 YPD 培养基是3种培养基较为合适的,且在12~24 h 之间是重组酵母菌的对数生长期,此时是接种的最佳时间。结论合适的培养基和适当的接种时间对巴斯德毕赤酵母( Pichia pastoris )的培养关系密切。

목적:학정중조 Pichia pastoris GS115Muts 균주경괄합적배양기화최가접충시간。방법채용3충불동적배양기(YPD 배양기、BMGY 배양기화복합배양기)배양중조 Pichia pastoris GS115Muts 균주,분별재4 h화24 h적시간간격하,채용비탁법대효모균96 h 내적생장진행 OD 치측정。결과복합배양기화 YPD 배양기시3충배양기교위합괄적,차재12~24 h 지간시중조효모균적대수생장기,차시시접충적최가시간。결론합괄적배양기화괄당적접충시간대파사덕필적효모( Pichia pastoris )적배양관계밀절。
Objective This Experiment is testing the most suitable culture medium and the right time when the seed liquid is most applicable .Methods There are three kinds of culture medium in this experiment-YPD , BMGY , and compound culture medium . They are used to reform a new strain named Pichia pastoris GS115M ut tested every 4 and 24 hours , within 96 hours , in the way of turbidimetric method . Results The compound culture medium and the YPD are the better culture medium in three mediums .And the best time to vaccinate is the period between 12 and 24 hours . Conclusion Pichia Pastoris yeast strain is closely related to the suitable medium and appropriate inoculation time .
