目的：建立快速同时测定银黄胶囊中黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC 等度洗脱法。色谱柱：C18柱；流动相为甲醇︰水︰磷酸（45∶55∶0．2）；流速：1．0 mL /min ；检测波长：328 nm ；柱温：30℃。结果本法可同时测定黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量。黄芩苷在24．20μg/mL ～242．0μg/mL 范围内线性关系良好（ R2＝0．9992），平均回收率为99．72％；绿原酸在2．200μg/mL ～44．00μg/mL 范围内线性关系良好（ R2＝0．9999），平均回收率为99．63％。结论该方法操作简便，成本低，工作效率高。

목적：건립쾌속동시측정은황효낭중황금감화록원산적함량측정방법。방법 HPLC 등도세탈법。색보주：C18주；류동상위갑순︰수︰린산（45∶55∶0．2）；류속：1．0 mL /min ；검측파장：328 nm ；주온：30℃。결과본법가동시측정황금감화록원산적함량。황금감재24．20μg/mL ～242．0μg/mL 범위내선성관계량호（ R2＝0．9992），평균회수솔위99．72％；록원산재2．200μg/mL ～44．00μg/mL 범위내선성관계량호（ R2＝0．9999），평균회수솔위99．63％。결론해방법조작간편，성본저，공작효솔고。
Objective To establish a rapid determination of silver yellow capsules of baicalin and chlorogenic acid method . Methods Simultaneous determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid , column ∶ C18 column ; mobile phase ∶ methanol ∶ water ∶ phosphoric acid ( 45 ∶ 55 ∶ 0 .2) ; flow rate ∶ 1 .0 mL/ min ; detection wavelength ∶ 328 nm ; column temperature ∶ 30 ℃ . Results The simultaneous determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid . Baicalin in within the range of 24 .20 μg/ mL ~ 242 .0 μg/ mL into a good linear relationship between peak area ( R2 =0 .999 2) , the average recovery was 99 .72% ; chlorogenic acid in the range of 2 .200 μg / mL ~ 44 .00 μg/ mL peak area as well linear relationship ( R2 = 0 .999 9) , the average recovery was 99 .63% . Conclusion The method is simple and increases efficiency , can be used as the determination of silver yellow capsule method .
