校企合作实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”对于创立校企合作联合培养人才新机制、提高工程创新人才培养质量具有重要的作用。实施“卓越计划”亟待解决的首要问题是如何构建校企合作、企业全面参与的卓越工程创新人才培养体系，可通过校企合作建立实践教学平台、建立校企“双向交流”关系、开展企业生产实践活动、实施毕业设计形式改革等措施，建立企业全程参与，校企共克难关、携手共赢的“卓越计划”人才培养机制，以确保“卓越计划”的有效实施。

The implementation of“plan for educating and training outstanding engineers”university-enterprise cooperation plays a significant role in establishing a new talent training system and improving innovative engineering talent training quality at university-enterprise cooperation level. The major issue of the implementation of the plan is how to establish the innovative training system of university-enterprise cooperation and enterprise’s full participation. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the plan, it is necessary to establish the talent training system with enterprise’s full participation in overcoming the difficulties and university-enterprise win-win by establishing practical teaching plat-form and a two-way communication relationship, carrying out enterprise practical production activities and reforming graduation projects etc.
