Total pharmaceutical service%Hypertension%Model
目的：制定适合我院特点的切实可行的高血压患者全程化药学服务模式。方法：通过用药宣教及咨询等方式，为患者提供药学服务，设计调查问卷，对药学服务前后的问卷进行对比，用统计学方法分析药学服务前后患者的用药观点、用药依从性等。结果：实施药学服务前后，患者的高血压基本知识和综合治疗知识的正确掌握率都有明显提高，与实施药学服务前相比差异有统计学意义。结论：对高血压患者实施全程化药学服务，有利于降血压药物的安全、经济、合理应用，提高患者的生活质量。

목적：제정괄합아원특점적절실가행적고혈압환자전정화약학복무모식。방법：통과용약선교급자순등방식，위환자제공약학복무，설계조사문권，대약학복무전후적문권진행대비，용통계학방법분석약학복무전후환자적용약관점、용약의종성등。결과：실시약학복무전후，환자적고혈압기본지식화종합치료지식적정학장악솔도유명현제고，여실시약학복무전상비차이유통계학의의。결론：대고혈압환자실시전정화약학복무，유리우강혈압약물적안전、경제、합리응용，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective: To set up the model of total pharmaceutical care suitable for hypertensionpatients in our hospital. Methods: By the way of questionnaire survey and consultant, hypertensionpatients received total pharmaceutical care. The idea and compliance of drug use of hypertension patients were statistical y analyzed for taking total pharmaceutical care and no taking total pharmaceutical care.Results:After taking total pharmaceutical care , the basic and care knowledge about hypertension in hypertension patients has greatly improved ,as compared with no taking total pharmaceutical care. there were statistical differences. Conclusion:Providing total pharmaceutical care for hypertension patients wil promote the reasonable, safe, economic application of antihypertensive drugs and improve the quality of life in hypertension patients.
