国家基本药物目录是基本药物制度的重要工具和手段，是各级医疗卫生机构配备使用药品的依据，是指导医药行业生产经营活动的标准。为了深入解析国家基本药物目录的现状及特点，通过对比2009版与2012版国家基本药物目录，从品种分类、剂型分布、适应证以及处方药情况等对2012版国家基本药物进行了统计分析；从子目录建设、动态调整、差别化管理角度提出了完善性建议。

The national essential drugs list is an important tool and means of the institution of national essential drugs.Medical and health institutions use drugs on the basis of list. The list can be guiding the production and management activities of pharmaceutical industry. In order to analyze the current situation and characteristics of national essential drugs list, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the 2012 version of national essential drugs list from the angle of varieties, formulations and indications. During the analysis, we compared the 2012 version with the 2009 version of the national essential drugs list. This paper presents proposals from the subdirectory building, dynamic adjustment and differentiated management perspective.
