    多发性骨髓瘤引起的肾脏损害主要表现为肾功能不全，很少表现为肾病综合征。该病例的临床表现，实验室检查等分析及文献复习表明，多发性骨髓瘤可继发肾脏淀粉样变性，肾脏淀粉样变性主要累及肾小球，临床可表现为肾病综合征。

    The main feature of kidney damage of multiple myeloma is renal inadequacy, seldom nephritic syndrome. The clinical features and laboratory examinations of this case and much of the literature indicate that multiple myeloma can induce renal amyloidosis . Renal amyloidosis mainly involve renal glomerulus,and nephritic syndrome araises.
