针对15 mm厚WELDOX900低合金高强钢工程化应用特点，采用自行设计的T形斜Y坡口裂纹敏感性试验确定了焊接预热温度，并按照ISO标准对WELDOX900钢焊接接头进行了焊接工艺评定。试验结果表明，焊接预热50℃时，焊接接头射线探伤合格，焊接成形、接头组织及性能良好。

Considering applications of WELDOX900 (δ=15mm) low alloy high strength steel in engineering ,the preheating temperature was determined by welding crack sensitivity test with the oblique Y groove of T -joint.Welding procedure qualification of WELDOX900 steel welded joints was carried out by ISO standards .The results show that the good welding appearance , qualified welded joints for radiographic inspection ,excellent microstructure and properties are obtained at 50℃preheating temperatare .
