为了研究采用ERNiCrMo-3焊丝焊接F65/316L与X65/Inconel625复合管焊接接头在特殊油气田气体中的耐腐蚀性能,参照ASTM G39、ASTM 71和 DNV-OS-F101标准对复合管焊接接头进行了CO2应力腐蚀试验、高温高压CO2腐蚀、电偶腐蚀性能测试,考察了腐蚀试样表面形貌和成分。结果表明,复合管焊接接头经四点弯曲抗CO2应力腐蚀在母材和焊缝处均未出现裂纹,腐蚀速率满足标准要求;高温高压CO2腐蚀速率为0.002 mm/a,腐蚀类型为均匀腐蚀,腐蚀程度为轻度腐蚀;在3.5%NaCl溶液环境中,电偶腐蚀试验结果表明,焊缝的失重率大于316L和Inconel625母材,其耐蚀性与母材相当。

Corrosion behavior of the welded joints of F 65/316L and X65/Inconel625 clad pipes which were welded with ERNi-CrMo-3 filler metal, were studied in this paper .According to ASTM G39, ASTM 71 and DNV-OS-F101standards, CO2 stress cor-rosion test, high-temperature and high-pressure CO2 corrosion test as well as the galvanic couple corrosion test were performed on the welded joints , respectively .The morphology and composition of the corrosion samples were analyzed .The results show that no crack appear after CO2 stress corrosion, and the mass loss is also qualified.The high-temperature and high-pressure CO2 corrosion is uniform and mild, and the corrosion rate is 0.002 mm/a.The galvanic couple corrosion test shows that the weld is of good corro-sion resistance in 3.5%NaCl solution.
