介绍薄板焊装夹具在国内外研究进展,然后在"N-2-1"定位原理的基础上,建立了适合车身焊接工艺的工件定位点优化设计的数学模型,提出了一种可以快速确定工件定位点位置以及夹具布局方案的设计方法。利用ANSYS有限元软件对模型进行了实验分析和验证,得出板料有限元网格的大小、夹具的定位点、夹紧点及夹紧力的大小等对接触变形的影响。结果表明该模型和方法快速、准确、合理,达到了预期设计的目标。
介紹薄闆銲裝夾具在國內外研究進展,然後在"N-2-1"定位原理的基礎上,建立瞭適閤車身銲接工藝的工件定位點優化設計的數學模型,提齣瞭一種可以快速確定工件定位點位置以及夾具佈跼方案的設計方法。利用ANSYS有限元軟件對模型進行瞭實驗分析和驗證,得齣闆料有限元網格的大小、夾具的定位點、夾緊點及夾緊力的大小等對接觸變形的影響。結果錶明該模型和方法快速、準確、閤理,達到瞭預期設計的目標。

The theory about workpiece location and the fixture design method of home and abroad are firstly introduced.Then, a quick design method for workpiece location and confirmation of the scheme of the fixture layout based-on the N-2-1 locating principle and ANSYS software are presented by creating the workpiece location analysis design model which can fit the welding fixture of the car body.The ANSYS software is used for creating the shaft model and for generating element mesh.Through an-alyzing the size of finite element mesh, the positioning and clamping of fixture , the clamping force and so on are got.Simula-tion experiment show that the result of the analysis model in ANSYS are accurate,so the desired goal has been reached.
