临床上,耐药性的金黄色葡萄球菌日益增多,极其耐药的菌株甚至获得了超级耐药细菌的称谓,难以找到有效的抗菌素控制其感染,因而研制有效的疫苗来防治金黄色葡萄球菌感染显得更加重要。对研制开发的金黄色葡萄球菌荚膜多糖疫苗、纤维粘连结合蛋白疫苗、RNAⅢ激活蛋白疫苗以及核酸疫苗等进行了综述。
臨床上,耐藥性的金黃色葡萄毬菌日益增多,極其耐藥的菌株甚至穫得瞭超級耐藥細菌的稱謂,難以找到有效的抗菌素控製其感染,因而研製有效的疫苗來防治金黃色葡萄毬菌感染顯得更加重要。對研製開髮的金黃色葡萄毬菌莢膜多糖疫苗、纖維粘連結閤蛋白疫苗、RNAⅢ激活蛋白疫苗以及覈痠疫苗等進行瞭綜述。
림상상,내약성적금황색포도구균일익증다,겁기내약적균주심지획득료초급내약세균적칭위,난이조도유효적항균소공제기감염,인이연제유효적역묘래방치금황색포도구균감염현득경가중요。대연제개발적금황색포도구균협막다당역묘、섬유점련결합단백역묘、RNAⅢ격활단백역묘이급핵산역묘등진행료종술。
Staphylococcus aureus, an important bacterial pathogen in the hospital and the community , has become increas-ingly resistant to multiple antibiotics .Even some strains of Staphylococcus aureus resistant to multiple antibiotics are called super bacteria and the diseases caused by the bacteria are very difficult to treat .One of approaches to controlling S.aureus is to develop the effective vaccines .At present, research and development of Staphylococcus aureus vaccines are focused on capsular polysaccharides conjugate vaccine , fibronectin-binding proteins vaccine , RNAIII-activating protein vaccine , nucle-ic acid vaccine and so on .
