利用模糊故障树方法构建了数控机床液压系统故障树,利用统计资料,建立故障集度矩阵,通过推论,确立故障原理隶属度,根据最大隶属度原则确定故障原因。该方法能提高故障诊断效率,为故障诊断专家系统的设计提供一种新的推理方法。

In this paper,a fault tree of CNC hydraulic systems is developed based on fuzzy fault tree.The membership matrix is established by statistic data and then the membership degree of fault principle is obtained.Further, the fault reason is deter-mined by maximum membership degree law.The proposed method improves the efficiency of fault diagnosis and also provides a new reasoning method to design the fault diagnosis expert system.
