提出了一种应用于前加减速控制的不到位插补算法,用较小的加工精度损失换取段与段之间尽量高的速度平滑过渡,用较小的计算量满足经济型数控系统的设计需要。进行了算法原理论述,算法精度误差分析,并结合数控系统的应用,通过LabVIEW对实际效果进行了测试、分析。

A interpolation algorithm applied to the before interpolation speed controlling is put forward while the control does not reach the designated position,using small machining accuracy loss for a smooth transition with high speed smooth transition between two paragraphs as far as possible, calculation with a small amount can meet the needsof economical CNC system de-sign.The algorithm principle and the algorithm accuracy of error analysis are discussed, and combining with the application of numerical control system, through LabVIEW,the actual effect is tested and analyzed.
