基于带翅片的扁管空冷器的传热过程,对带翅片的扁管建立模型,并利用该模型在不同的翅片长度及不同风速下进行数值模拟,分析了翅片长度的选择与迎面风速的关系。分析结果表明,当翅片长度增加到一定值后,通过增加翅片长度的手段来强化换热性能收效很小;在低迎面风速下,翅片长度不要过长;在高迎面风速下,仍存在较大的传热温差,空气出口温度的增加只能通过增加翅片长度来完成。
基于帶翅片的扁管空冷器的傳熱過程,對帶翅片的扁管建立模型,併利用該模型在不同的翅片長度及不同風速下進行數值模擬,分析瞭翅片長度的選擇與迎麵風速的關繫。分析結果錶明,噹翅片長度增加到一定值後,通過增加翅片長度的手段來彊化換熱性能收效很小;在低迎麵風速下,翅片長度不要過長;在高迎麵風速下,仍存在較大的傳熱溫差,空氣齣口溫度的增加隻能通過增加翅片長度來完成。

The relationship between the length of the fin and the windward velocity is analyzed , the model of the flat tube with fins is established and a numeric simulation study is made under the condition of different fin lengths and different wind speeds according to the heat transfer of theair -cooler with finned flat-tubes.Results show that, to strengthen heat transfer perform-ance by increasing the fin length can only lead to alittle benefit when the fin length increases to a certain value.The fin length shouldn′t be too long under lower wind speed.Under higher windspeed , there is still a heat ransfer temperature difference, however , the outlet air temperature rises only by increasing the finlength .
