利用高温固相法合成了荧光粉CaLaGa3S6O:Ce3+/Tb3+/Mn2+,研究了其荧光特性.荧光粉CaLaGa3S6O:0.10Ce3+,0.03Tb3+,0.015Mn2+,在400nm近紫外光的激发下,可同时得到434nm、474nm(蓝光)、543nm(绿光)和660nm(红光)的发射.
利用高溫固相法閤成瞭熒光粉CaLaGa3S6O:Ce3+/Tb3+/Mn2+,研究瞭其熒光特性.熒光粉CaLaGa3S6O:0.10Ce3+,0.03Tb3+,0.015Mn2+,在400nm近紫外光的激髮下,可同時得到434nm、474nm(藍光)、543nm(綠光)和660nm(紅光)的髮射.

The phosphors CaLaGa3S6O:Ce3+/Tb3+/Mn2+were prepared by using the high temperature solid-state reaction, the photoluminescence properties of the phosphors were investigated. Under 400 nm excitation, the phosphor CaLaGa3S6O:0.10Ce3+, 0.03Tb3+, 0.015Mn2+shows emissions centering at 434 nm/474 nm(blue), 543 nm(green) and 660 nm(red).
