选取在山东省济宁地区大豆产区曾经或正在生产上推广使用的35个品种为供试品种,采用SDS-PAGE电泳技术测定提取蛋白质11S组分、7S组分、亚基组和亚基的相对含量以及亚基数量,研究其变异特点.在济宁地区同一条件下的结果表明:(1)11S和7S组分的亚基总数变异范围为15~23个,平均为18.03个.7S组分亚基数量变异范围为3~7个,平均4.49个,有5个亚基组存在不同程度的缺失.11S组分亚基数量变异范围为11~19个,平均13.54个,没有亚基组缺失现象.(2)7S组分相对含量的变异范围为14.78~27.54%,平均为22.07%;11S组分的变异范围为49.04~63.52%,平均为59.77%.11S/7S比值变异范围为2.12~4.11,平均为2.77.(3)7S组分6个亚基组的相对含量平均为4.38~6.62%,11S组分4个亚基组平均相对含量为7.02~21.72%.(4)7S组分相对含量与11S组分之间有微弱的正相关(r=0.08),7S组分相对含量与11S/7S比值之间存在极显著的负相关(r=-0.94).而11S组分相对含量与11S/7S比值之间存在微弱的正相关(r=0.19).7S的6个亚基组中相邻的2个亚基组之间都存在显著或极显著的负相关(r=-0.38~-0.85).11S组分的相邻亚基组之间存在负相关关系(r=-0.78~-0.95),不相邻的亚基组之间相关关系微弱.

The relative content of 11S and 7S composition, their subunit groups and subunits in protein extracted of 35 summer soybean varieties to be used in Jining area, Shandong province were tested by using SDS-PAGE analysis. The results obtained under environment conditions in Janjing are as follows:(1) The subunit total amount of 7S were from 3 to 7, mean was 4.49. There existed various lack among 5 subunit groups in 7S. The subunit total amount of 11S were from 11 to 19, mean was 13.54. There didn’t existed lack of subunit groups in 11S. (2) The mean relative content of 7S was 22.7%, with a range of 14.8%~27.54%.The mean relative content of 11S was 59.77%, with a range of 49.04%~63.52%. That of 11S/7S ratio was 2.77 with a range of 2.12~4.11. (3) The mean relative content of 6 subunit groups in 7S were from 4.38%to 6.62%.The mean relative content of 4 subunit groups in 11S were from7.02%to 21.72%.(4) The correlation between relative content of 7S and 11S was low (r=0.08), between relative content of 7S and 11S/7S ratio was high (r=-0.94). The correlation coefficient of border subunit groups were from-0.38 to-0.85 in 7S, and from-0.78 to-0.95 in 11S, respectively.
