大学生身体素质下降已成社会问题,必须从依靠社团的集体活动并加强管理等方面着手,引导大学生积极参与体育锻炼。12分钟跑练习的实验结果显示,经过进行中长距离的长跑锻炼后,男女生的生化指标均发生了不同程度的变化,可见有规律、强度适宜的耐力练习可显著提高大学生心肺功能和耐力水平。

University students ’ physical quality continues to decline , which has become the social problem . Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management , and guide students to actively participate in physical exercises by means of organizing corporative activities .The experimental result of practicing 12 minutes running shows that , after the long-distance running exercise for men and women , biochemical indexes were changed in different degree , and thus , regular and moderate intensity of endurance exercise can improve university students ’ heart and lung function and their endurance power .
