针对聚甲醛（ POM）热稳定性较差的问题，研究了抗氧剂、吸醛吸酸剂和成核剂对其长期热氧稳定化的影响。结果表明，经120℃/1000h的热氧老化后，吸醛剂K-3对POM的断裂伸长率保持率的改善最为明显，达99.5％；成核剂则在保持POM力学性能的基础上，有效降低了热氧老化后的b值，显示了优异的长期热氧稳定化作用。
침대취갑철（ POM）열은정성교차적문제，연구료항양제、흡철흡산제화성핵제대기장기열양은정화적영향。결과표명，경120℃/1000h적열양노화후，흡철제K-3대POM적단렬신장솔보지솔적개선최위명현，체99.5％；성핵제칙재보지POM역학성능적기출상，유효강저료열양노화후적b치，현시료우이적장기열양은정화작용。
In view of the poor thermal stability of POM ,effects of antioxidants,formaldehyde absorbers and nu-cleating agent on the long-term thermal stability of POM were investigated.It has been concluded from thermal-oxi-dative aging(100℃/1000h) test that elongation retention of POM can be distinctly improved to reach 99.5% by formaldehyde absorber K and the value of b has been outstandingly improved by the addition of nucleating agent , which maintains good mechanical properties and plays an important role in long -term thermal stability.
