目的 探讨术中液体的保温护理在宫腔镜手术患者中的应用效果.方法 将100例宫腔镜患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组输入手术室常规室温的液体,观察组输入37℃的液体,比较两组患者术中体温、出血量、手术时间及并发症.结果 观察组在手术20 min、术毕时的体温显著高于对照组,术中液体吸收量显著多于对照组(P<0.05).两组的术中出血量、手术时间无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组的低体温、寒战、术后感染的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 术中液体的保温护理可显著降低宫腔镜手术术中寒战的发生率,保证手术安全,减少并发症.

목적 탐토술중액체적보온호리재궁강경수술환자중적응용효과.방법 장100례궁강경환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,대조조수입수술실상규실온적액체,관찰조수입37℃적액체,비교량조환자술중체온、출혈량、수술시간급병발증.결과 관찰조재수술20 min、술필시적체온현저고우대조조,술중액체흡수량현저다우대조조(P<0.05).량조적술중출혈량、수술시간무통계학의의(P>0.05).관찰조적저체온、한전、술후감염적발생솔균현저저우대조조(P<0.05).결론 술중액체적보온호리가현저강저궁강경수술술중한전적발생솔,보증수술안전,감소병발증.
Objective To explore the effects of intraoperative liquid insulation on patients‘ intraoperative hypothermia and complications in hysteroscopy operation.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was input liquids with conventional operation room temperature,the observation group was input 37 ℃ liquid,two groups were compared with intraoperative body temperature,amount of bleeding,operation time and complications.Results Temperature in 20min of the operation and the end of the operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(P < 0.05).Bleeding volume,operation time were no statistical significance between two groups of (P > 0.05).Low temperature,chills,the incidence of infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Nursing liquid insulation can significantly reduce incidence of chill and complications during the hysteroscopic operation,ensure the safety of operation.
