“桩柱梁式支架”是采用桩基对局部地基进行加固,并配合大直径钢管立柱及贝雷片纵梁,共同形成的一种支架形式。建立“桩柱梁式支架”施工阶段有限元模型,分析梁体应力及挠度在各施工阶段的变化规律。结果表明:“桩柱梁式支架法”施工多跨混凝土现浇梁,能够控制施工过程中梁体截面不出现拉应力,减小梁体的竖向挠度,确保施工完成后梁体的整体线形,提高现浇梁施工质量。同时,施工过程中,支架可重复倒用,大大节约了施工成本。
“樁柱樑式支架”是採用樁基對跼部地基進行加固,併配閤大直徑鋼管立柱及貝雷片縱樑,共同形成的一種支架形式。建立“樁柱樑式支架”施工階段有限元模型,分析樑體應力及撓度在各施工階段的變化規律。結果錶明:“樁柱樑式支架法”施工多跨混凝土現澆樑,能夠控製施工過程中樑體截麵不齣現拉應力,減小樑體的豎嚮撓度,確保施工完成後樑體的整體線形,提高現澆樑施工質量。同時,施工過程中,支架可重複倒用,大大節約瞭施工成本。
“장주량식지가”시채용장기대국부지기진행가고,병배합대직경강관립주급패뢰편종량,공동형성적일충지가형식。건립“장주량식지가”시공계단유한원모형,분석량체응력급뇨도재각시공계단적변화규률。결과표명:“장주량식지가법”시공다과혼응토현요량,능구공제시공과정중량체절면불출현랍응력,감소량체적수향뇨도,학보시공완성후량체적정체선형,제고현요량시공질량。동시,시공과정중,지가가중복도용,대대절약료시공성본。
The “pile-column-beam bracket” in combination with steel-pipe column and large diameter and longitudinal beams of assembled steel bridge truss forms a kind of bracket to reinforce local foundation. The finite model of “pile-column-beam Bracket” during construction phase is established and stress and vertical deflection of the beam variation at each construction phase is analyzed. Results show that construction of multi-span cast concrete beams with “pile-column-beam bracket method” can prevent tensile stress from occurring in the beam cross-section, reducing the vertical deflection of the beam, improving construction quality of cast concrete beams. Meanwhile, bracket can be used repeatedly during the construction to cut down cost significantly.
