为了恢复线路平顺状态,某线采用大调量扣件调整轨面高程。通过对大调量扣件地段轨道动力响应测试结果分析,评价其使用效果。分析结果表明,各评价指标均在安全限值之内;轮轨水平力、轮重减载率等指标随列车通过速度增大而增大;增加扣件调高量对轮轨垂直力、轮轨水平力以及脱轨系数的影响较小,但钢轨轨底横向位移、轮重减载率有增大趋势;在曲线段采用大调量扣件会导致钢轨轨头横向位移、轮重减载率和脱轨系数明显增大,建议在曲线地段扣件调高量不宜过大。
為瞭恢複線路平順狀態,某線採用大調量釦件調整軌麵高程。通過對大調量釦件地段軌道動力響應測試結果分析,評價其使用效果。分析結果錶明,各評價指標均在安全限值之內;輪軌水平力、輪重減載率等指標隨列車通過速度增大而增大;增加釦件調高量對輪軌垂直力、輪軌水平力以及脫軌繫數的影響較小,但鋼軌軌底橫嚮位移、輪重減載率有增大趨勢;在麯線段採用大調量釦件會導緻鋼軌軌頭橫嚮位移、輪重減載率和脫軌繫數明顯增大,建議在麯線地段釦件調高量不宜過大。

A new type of rail fastening of large adjustment range is used on a high-speed railway line to maintain track regularity. In order to evaluate its effectiveness, a test of track dynamic response is conducted on the section equipped with WJ-7 fastenings of large adjustment range. The results show that each index is within the limit; indexes of wheel/ rail lateral force and reduction rate of wheel load increase with the increase of train speed; increasing adjustment range of fastenings has minor effect on wheel/ rail vertical force, wheel/ rail lateral force and derailment coefficient; rail base lateral displacement and reduction rate of wheel load increase with the adjustment range extended; rail head lateral displacement, reduction rate of wheel load and derailment coefficient increase obviously on curve sections equipped with fastenings of large adjustment range. Therefore, adjustment range should not be excessively large on curve sections.
