现场 K 30水平载荷试验是获取地基土水平力学指标最直接有效的手段。手动油泵恒压是保证平板载荷试验结果准确性的重要前提。在市政、地铁等深基坑工程中进行小型对比试验时,由于试验场地限制,往往会用基坑侧壁土体作为试验反力提供面。同一级压力测试下,反力面土体存在一定的压缩变形,导致油压恒定很难做到,从而影响试验结果的精度。为了保证试验准确性,基于恒压问题,从理论公式计算入手,推导出压力变量与反力面土体位移量之间的关联公式,将反力面土体位移引起的压力偏差修正到测试面土体计算位移中,为现场小型载荷试验的结果可信度提供依据。

Site K30 horizontal load test is the most direct and effective means to obtain the horizontal mechanical index of foundation soil. The constant pressure of the manual oil hydraulic pump is an important premise in guaranteeing accuracy of the testing results. In the case of small-scale test for juxtaposing in areas of deep excavation engineering such as municipal and subway, sidewalls' soil of the foundation pit is frequently used as the reaction face provider due to the limitation of testing space. Under the same test pressure level, there is a certain compressive deformation in the reaction face, thus, it is difficult to maintain constant pressure and the accuracy of test result is affected. To ensure test accuracy, this paper derives the formula relating to pressure variable and soil displacement of the reaction face, and the pressure difference caused by the soil displacement is corrected in the calculation of displacement of the test soil, which provides references for the result credibility of small-scale site load test.
