通过临床观察、病理学剖检、细菌分离培养和生化试验鉴定，对水律蛇大肠杆菌病进行了诊断；通过药敏试验筛选针对蛇大肠埃希菌的敏感药物；将筛选出的敏感药物应用于临床治疗。结果表明，分离出的细菌为大肠埃希菌，头孢噻呋、丁胺卡那霉素和氟苯尼考对该菌高度敏感，应用头孢噻呋、丁胺卡那霉素临床治疗效果显著。
통과림상관찰、병이학부검、세균분리배양화생화시험감정，대수률사대장간균병진행료진단；통과약민시험사선침대사대장애희균적민감약물；장사선출적민감약물응용우림상치료。결과표명，분리출적세균위대장애희균，두포새부、정알잡나매소화불분니고대해균고도민감，응용두포새부、정알잡나매소림상치료효과현저。
The colibacillosis of pepper snake were diagnosed by clinical observation,pathological autopsy, bacterail isolation and biochemical test.The sensitive drugs was screened by drug sensitivity test and used for clinical treatment.The results showed that the bacterial strain isolated is E.coli,the ceftiofur sodium, amikacin and florfeniol were sensitive drugs for this strain,the conspicuous treatment was gotten by using amikacin and florfeniol.
