近期银川一些规模化奶牛场部分奶牛出现不同程度的屡配不孕、流产、早产等繁殖障碍症状，并伴有犊牛不同程度的肠炎、肺炎、关节炎等症状，给养殖场造成了很大困扰。为了探究出现这种症状的主要原因，并为奶牛场的治疗和防控提出一定建议，课题组从6个规模化牛场随机抽取244份血样，分别进行衣原体间接血凝（IHA）试验与布鲁菌病虎红平板凝集试验、布鲁菌病试管凝集试验检测。结果显示，衣原体检出阳性率为25．8％，布鲁菌病平板检出阳性率为34．3％。说明造成银川地区规模化奶牛场奶牛繁殖障碍的主要原因是场群中存在着不同程度衣原体以及布鲁菌的感染，场群需要加强对衣原体病的防控以及对布鲁病的净化检疫。

Recently,partial dairy cows appeared repeated infertility in varying degrees,miscarriage,pre-mature delivery and other breeding obstacle symptoms in some large-scale dairy cows in Yinchuan,and with varying degrees of enteritis,arthritis,pneumonia and other symptoms in calves,this caused enor-mous trouble to dairy farms.To explore the main reason for the emergence of such symptoms and make some recommendations for the treatment and prevention in dairy farms,244 blood samples were selected randomly from six large-scale dairy farms,Chlamydia indirect hemagglutination test and brucellosis rose bengal plate agglutination test and brucellosis tube agglutination test were used respectively.The results showed that the positive rate of Chlamydia infection is 25.8%,the positive rate of brucellosis is 34.3%. The result indicated that the main reason resulting the breeding obstacle of dairy cows from scale dairy farms in Yinchuan is that there are infections in different degrees of Chlamydia and Brucella,it is necessa-ry to strengthen the prevention and control with Chlamydia and purification of Brucella in herd.
