先天免疫系统是机体最原始的抵御外源病原体侵染的防护机制,普遍存在于脊椎动物与无脊椎动物体内。肽聚糖识别蛋白(PGRPs)是一类可识别肽聚糖和含肽聚糖的细菌的模式识别受体,在先天免疫应答中发挥着重要的识别和调节功能。对肽聚糖识别蛋白的认识,对于了解先天免疫系统的反应机制有重要意义。论文根据近年来的研究进展对先天免疫系统中 PGRPs 的结构、功能、信号通路以及 PGRPs 与肽聚糖的相互作用进行了综述。

The innate immune system is a primitive mechanism,which exists commonly in vertebrates and invertebrates and is responsible for defending against invading microorganisms.Peptidoglycan recognition proteins(PGRPs)are pattern recognition receptors(PRRs)that recognize bacteria and their unique cell wall component,peptidoglycan(PGN),so they play an important role in recognizing and regulating in the innate immunity.The research of PGRPs is important to understand the response mechanism of the innate immune system.This paper reviewed the recent progress on the peptidoglycan recognition proteins (PGRPs)including structure,functions,signal pathway and its interaction with peptidoglycan in innate im-mune system.
