人口老龄化使长期护理成为社会关注的热点问题，我国老年长期护理体系发展面临着机遇与挑战。通过文献研究和专家咨询进行分析，提出相关问题及观点。一些国家在护理服务体系、服务主体与对象、服务内容与分级方面形成了各具特色的模式，应充分借鉴国外老年长期护理服务体系经验，选择适应我国特色的老年长期护理筹资机制，规范老年长期护理服务的内容与分级，逐步建立多层次、多样化、专业化老年长期护理服务体系，构建老年长期护理模式的发展目标。

The long-term care is increasingly a hot issue of social concern based on the aging of population .The elderly long-term care development in China is facing both opportunities and challenges .According to the literature review and expert consultation analysis ,some problems and perspectives are proposed .Some countries have formed characteristics of the elderly long-term care model on care delivery system ,service subject and content as well as grading .It needs to learn the experience of abroad , and identify the elderly long-term care financing mechanism , the service contents and grading standard ,to gradually establish a multi-level , diversified , specialized long-term care services system , so as to set a reasonable strategic goal for the development of the elderly long-term care system in China .
