在普通插装式减压阀基础上改进得到一种比例插装式减压阀,建立该阀应用于高速注塑机注塑系统的AMESim仿真模型。通过仿真分析对插装式减压阀的结构参数及注射液压系统进行优化并取得了较好的仿真结果,为减压阀在注塑系统中的应用提供了参考依据。

A proportional pressure reducing cartridge valve is obtained based on improving a common pressure reducing cartridge valve. The simulation model for this valve applied to injection system of high-speed injection modeling machine was built by AMESim software. The structure parameters of pressure reducing cartridge valve and injection hydraulic system were optimized by the simulation analysis. The optimal simulation result is obtained,and it will provide references for application of pressure reducing valve in injection system.
